Has God placed something in your heart lately – a thought or an idea that won’t quite go away?
Maybe it’s a dream you feel both drawn to and unsure about.
Maybe you keep wondering, Was that really from Him?
Or maybe you know it was…but you’ve been hesitant to begin.
Sometimes the hardest part is simply getting started.
It can feel like sitting in a parked car with the engine on, knowing you need to move but not quite turning the wheel.

“The Lord your God in your midst,
The Mighty One, will save;
He will rejoice over you with gladness,
He will quiet you with His love,
He will rejoice over you with singing.”

Selah.
God is not distant or disinterested. He is not watching your life with folded arms, waiting for you to prove something.
He delights in you. He rejoices over you. He is, in the truest sense, your greatest encourager.
He is not waiting for you to become someone else before He celebrates you.
He rejoices over you now – even as you take your first steps towards what He has placed on your heart.
This is the beginning of stepping out of the shadows and into the light.
So if there is something stirring in you – a dream, a new direction – this may be your moment to lean into it.
You don’t need to see the whole path to start walking.
Just respond to the One who is already rejoicing over your journey.
This week, ask Him:
Where would You like me to start?
Because your time to shine is not when everything is perfect.
It is the moment you trust Him enough to begin.
