As a coach, I understand the challenges faced by women who juggle multiple responsibilities, striving to balance personal dreams with everyday life. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, uncertain, and unfulfilled, and I’m passionate about helping you break free from those limitations.

Cheryl is an ordained minister with a Master's degree and certification by the Institute of Leadership and Management. She spent six impactful months in Kabul, Afghanistan, where she worked with her husband to build healthcare facilities and provide training that transformed the lives of the local population.

As the co-owner and manager of a multi-award-winning general practice for over ten years, Cheryl’s commitment to excellence earned her a finalist position for the national Practice Manager of the Year award. With a vision to influence beyond the church community, she launched a private coaching practice where she empowers women to unlock their potential and pursue their God-given aspirations with confidence and purpose.

Cheryl lives in Warwickshire, England, where she co-pastors a church with her husband, Sacha. They have three lovely children and a retired racing greyhound called Apollo.
